The library is happy to host a brand new weekly program, Chair Yoga, starting at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 12. Licensed yoga teacher Patti Schneider will train chair yoga. Patti taught mild and gradual circulation classes at Gilda’s Membership for folks with most cancers and for incarcerated ladies at Bedford Hills Correctional Facility. She has taught chair yoga to seniors via the Westchester County Division of Growing older Providers, disabled veterans at James J.
